VGS / PGL Halo 5 Tournament Rules.
Sun Mar 25, 2018 5:40 pm
Tournament Rules are as follows, read them so that everything runs smoothly thank you.
0. - Getting in contact, with your opponent, you can either find there gamer tag by searching it in the GT search bar, or they will message you or the admin/admins will get in touch with your opponent.
1. - Once in a game lobby with your opponent, you will not shit talk or talk shit about them, to the admin/admins overseeing your match.
2. - You will not talk shit to the admins over seeing your match - other wise you run the risk of having points deducted for doing so.
3. - (YOU WILL ONLY START YOUR MATCH ONCE THE ADMINS HAVE TOLD YOU, THAT YOU CAN START THE MATCH, AND NOT BEFORE).
4. - Game settings will be checked by the admins before the start of any and all matches, regardless of who is 1v1'ing, this is so that fair rules and proper game settings are being used in the tournament.
5. - Continual body disrespect will result in a single point deduction for every instance after wards, as the admins will only give you one warning in regards to this.
6. - Staying still in one area for longer then 1 minute 30 seconds, will result in (CAMPING), and a lose of the match, if you can prove that you didn't camp, then let the admins know.
Points systems.
1. - 1 will be given for general participation, in the tournament.
2. - 3 points will be given if you win your match.
3. - +3 Points - Will be given for style, or manner in which the game and the sets were won.
4. - -1 point - for infringing any of the tournament rules specially code of conduct (example breaking all 3 warnings) Tea-bagging, Timidity(by camping - defined by staying in the same area with out moving or with very very minimal movement for more than 1 minute and 30 seconds)
5. -You will also lose the match, if you are found to be doing or using a (DENIAL OF SERVICE ATTACK ON YOUR OPPONENT), simple.
6. - 2 + points to the person being the (AGGRESSOR) in the games, and most engagements, and a further 3 + points to creative plays, being used.
